The Heart of Summerlin

This is only opinion. Judging where exactly the heart of Summerlin Las Vegas is located isn't an exact sceince but being very familiar with Summerlin I am going to make a submission that it is the area around the perfoming arts center in the Village Center Cir just off of Summerlin Parky and Town Center Dr. We are very fortunate to have our Las Vegas real estate office located in the same parking lot as the Summerlin Library/perfoming arts center. With in a mile of this location you will find TPC golf course as well as Tournament Hills custom home subdivision (a great place to buy Las Vegas homes), again the Summerlin library and one of only two or three Perfoming arts centers in Las Vegas, The Summerlin Hospital, and the aurguably the most beautiful land scape in all of las Vegas. Don't believe me just drive down Hills Center Dr this time of year, absolutley beautiful. let's not forget that just a few mile further down Town Center you will find the best shopping in Las Vegas as well as the Howard Hughes Business Park and the new Red Rock Casino. Angel park and the JW Mariot along with the Courdon Blue school are only a few minutes away.
