Another Web Lead Generation program. We Joined!
Our Las Vegas Real Estate Broker just signed us up on a web lead generation program and it sounds like it's going to work. We paid $50 per zip code that we wanted to be a part of and we only pay $9 a lead that we accept. If we receive a lead we have the opportunity to speak with that person and then decide whether or not we want to accept or decline them as a client. If we decline them then we don't get charged. If we accept then we pay the $9. We bought 9 zip codes for $280ish on a promotion they had. The leads are exclusive, there is one agent per 49,000 people in a zip code. There is no contract and we hold on to the zip codes for as long as we want. they advertise on sites like MSNBC, News Week, Readers Digest, ect... well known and recognized websites. If the buyer selects your area then you come up and they have all of your contact information. We will see how it works. They don't offer any garauntees on leads but we have a money back garauntee after 60day trial. They recently just opened up to Las Vegas Realtors. I am sure they are in other areas too.
