I have recently be propositioned by a few Las Vegas Realtors about being apart of thier lead generating program. Essentialy what the deal is, is that they promise you a minimum of 20 leads a month and you don't have any upfront costs. They get paid when you close a deal (30% referral). They have great tools for the internet buyers to search homes with and you get to use these tools and websites for free. They generate the majority of thier leads from paper click. This program is based out of Dallas and has just recently opened up to Las Vegas. One other thing that I forgot was that you are the exclusive agent for that lead, none of that House Values crap! Sounds like a great program and we were sold on it but unfortunately other circumstances prevent us from going forward with it. This is truely a great program. I have been waiting for a company that would provide me the pay later option and fortunately now there is one.
