The New Year has brought with it a lot of change for the Hildreth Barnhill Team. We implemented a great new business model Jan. 1 '07 that we spent a large portion of '06 developing. Thus far it has proven to be very successful. To give you an idea of how well it is working for us.... In the last three months of '07 we have placed more business on our books than our brokerage had cumulatively in '06. We give a great deal of credit to our newfound business model. With out divulging to many of our trade secrets I will layout the principles and mindsets behind which we have built this (thus far) successful business model.
