Las Vegas homes have gone through the changes from the 50’ & 60’s ranch style homes and the 70’s contemporary to the current Spanish or Mediterranean styles. Due to the lack of land available Las Vegas homes are trending higher and higher. You won’t be surprised to see not only two story homes but also three story homes with elevators. It is rare and more expensive for the new ranch style layouts.
