Chad put his Las Vegas home on the market with high hopes of selling it quickly. The Hildreth Barnhill real estate team went to work and found him a buyer within just a couple of weeks. They probed to ensure he was qualified. He said he was and had the documentation to prove it.
Well, about three weeks into the transaction the buyer's agent came with bad news. The buyer had been fraudulent in his qualification claims and we had to put the house back on the market. This time it took a couple of months because the market had shifted some.
Finally, we were able to close it about a month ago.
