The Hildreth Barnhill Las Vegas real estate team has chosen an area of about 1000 homes to keep an eye on even more closely than the rest of the Las Vegas valley. It is located in the Northwest around the cross streets of El Capitan and Gowan.
They have created a newsletter titled: El Capitan View. They deliver it monthly with area real estate stats, news articles, contests, and real estate information. There is also an online version of it at the El Capitan View Blog.
