Our broker was the first Realtor in Las Vegas to join Brian Buffini's group almost 10 years ago. I mention that so that you may know that we live and die by his system in our company. Currently we are dying. This first quarter has been relatively good for our company (doing better than '06 1st quarter) but our referral business is dead! We have a whole department dedicated to our clients and obtaining referrals from them. Because of the current status of the Las Vegas real estate market we are finding that our clients are our biggest competition because they are selling against us (the market). We call them and they tell us how bad the market is (to much TV),
