As a real estate agent in Las Vegas competing with the New home developements is a real challange. In Las Vegas home sales are split 50/50 resale/new. So many people are lured into these new home tracts and are being sold on these great incentives that are being offered. New home builders are very canney and honestly the best homes sellers in the market. That's all they do. I think that by modeling our strataies after what they are doing will prove advantageous for our clients. The question that I have is what are some of the incentives we can offer on the resale side that will appeal to buyers and how do you advertise them.
