This past week I have met with a few different Las Vegas networks to inquire about TV advertisement. The costs run from anywhere around $2000 to infinity and beyond. I noticed that no Las Vegas Realtors or Local Real Estate Firms advertise on the local Las Vegas channels. It is either going to do really well for us because no one else is competing in that realm or I am just missing something and there is a reason that Las Vegas Real Estate Agents don't advertise with commercials. I do know that there are some dedicated stations to Las Vegas Real Estate and Las Vegas homes but I feel that there is way to much competition there. Does anyone have any thoughts that they would like to share? I am meeting again with the networks next week to finalize the costs and whether or not it makes sense for our company.
