Las Vegas #1 in Foreclosures 3mo in a row!

I heard on the radio the other day that Las Vegas Foreclosureswhere number one in the nation for the third strait month. I guess this doesn't surprise me seeing as how we were the strongest real estate market in the nation for several months a few yeas back. This market became fiercely over appreciated very quickly. Now with all of these wannabe investors not able to hold onto the homes they purchased 2 years ago we are feeling the repercussions. Fortunately the Las Vegas real estate market is still surprisingly strong in comparison to the past predictions.
