SUCCESSFUL TEAM OR SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS MODEL? PART VII

With out consistent marketing, sales, administrative, and accounting systems and programs in place there is another great problem most agents face, over promising and under delivering! How effective and happy can one agent be when they have several listings and even a few buyers at one time? There are only so many hours in a day. These agents who have obtained several clients at a time also are the ones who are at the office until ten or eleven at night every night of the week. Can one honestly say that they are able to provide all of their clients the service that they deserve and where promised? If you say yes than the next question is, "How is the lifestyle?" In order for all Las Vegas real estate agents to maintain their dignity and worth in our client's eyes is for agents to fulfill all of the promises they make. Can one person honestly do all of that and still be happy?
